Ronnie's surgery went well. For those of you who didn't know, Ronnie has/had hydronephrosis.
His doctor did a pyloplasty surgery which was a success. I suppose it was a success- we'll know how his kidney looks after about 5 weeks or so when he'll get an ultrasound.
He was such a trooper, though. Of course he was flirting with all the nurses and doctors. Last night i stayed with him at the hospital and he slept pretty well considering the strange bed and all the noises.
He's taking motrin and tylenol for pain, but he doesn't seem to be too achy. He's eating well and taking plenty of fluids.
We were a wreck yesterday, though!!! That was the hardest thing we have ever done!!! We're soooo glad it's over and he's back to his old self.
Well, i just wanted to update everyone. Thank you so much for all the prayers and good thoughts- I know that's what steadied the doctor's hands!!! xoxoxooxox
