Future Chef

While he's wearing his zookeeper uniform, I know, Ronnie has discovered a new toy... the whisk! He loves it. I just had to put on this new video of him waving. He waves to everything now: me, Papa, toys, Meatball and especially himself in the mirror. However, when someone walks by the house or we're at The Truffle, he gets shy. He will wave to Janet, though, because that's his favorite part about Saturday at the cheese shop!

We heard back from his urologist. It was better than we had imagined. His left kidney is working perfectly at 56% but his right one is at 44%. He said that means his ureter is obstructed most likely. So, he said he's going to take a look at the live video of the test and then get back to us with more info. That's a relief to us! To know his kidney is working that well is good.

We just finished with a snack. Ronnie is getting really good at feeding himself. We tried it with some sticky rice last week and now he can pick up bits of tofu and actually put them in his mouth! I'll post the video.

We had lots of rain here yesterday and all day today so we didn't get our usual walks in.

Maybe Ronnie is going to be a chef like his daddy? I love the pictures! Well good luck with all the Childrens Hospital stuff. When MJ was only three weeks old, we had to take her there for some followup blood tests. They had to draw blood from her little arm like 3 times while doing a 60-minute IV test in between. It was pretty brutal. She is still not totally in the clear so we'll have to do another test in the future sometime. Ugh. Hang in there!
