Baby Lawler Blog Comes to Life

Well, i've been wondering how these things worked exactly, and now i've figured it out! I thought i'd include all of you in our big baby adventure. I know that's not exactly origional, but i've really enjoyed other people's baby blogs and thought you would all too. So, my goal here is to post pics of the ever expanding belly, info from the many doctor's appointments and our journey into baby world.

Rob and I couldn't be more excited to be expecting our first baby. This little person is already so loved and special that we can't help but share him/her with you. (We're going to wait to find out the sex of the baby.)

I'm in my 23rd week, which is layman's terms for 5 1/2 months pregnant. All has been going so well. No morning sickness, no nausea, no real physical symptoms at all. I was pretty tired in the first few months, but that seemed to pass into the 2nd trimester. The doctors seem to think everything is going well too.

I plan on having the baby through hypnobirthing! View the complete details on their website www.hypnobirthing.com . It's an amazing process and one in which i'm very excited about. So, one of the "rules" of this method is that I only hear loving, encouraging things about the birthing process. No "nightmare" stories about how your child came through sideways, please!

It's the first day of June and I plan on writing here every week, so before this becomes too wordy already, i'll sign off.

I wll definately be adding some photos here, but Rob has the camera at the cheese shop! (All is well on that front. Sign up for our newsletter on our website www.denvertruffle.com)

Love, Karin, Rob and Baby Lawler

This is a great idea. You both look great. I know you will be great parents. One hip down, one to go. It is amazing what it feels like to have a good hip joint. Hope to talk to you soon. Dad

I love this idea! Carolyn and Tim take note for when you get pregnant. You two look so happy and we're happy for you. Looking forward to sharing the experience through the Blog!
