Guess who's TWO!!!

Ronnie had his second birthday on the 24th! I was waiting to post because we had a birthday party for him yesterday, Sunday, and I wanted to post the pics. He is such a big boy now. I dropped him off at "school" just now, which is a 9-12 daycare program at a local church. He loves it!

He listens to the teacher and they have organized play schedules, snack time and storytime. I asked him this morning what he will be learning and he said, "numbers".

He got so many great things for his birthday: a super cool guitar, a fire truck and and apple picker truck that he wanted to sleep with last night, an enormous fish tent that takes up the whole living room, a train and a lot of great books. When Nana and Papi were here they got him that golf set, which was a big hit at the party and he's wearing some of his new clothes. I thought the western shirt fit him well knowing that Grandma Lux sent him a cowboy guitar!

All of his little friends were there. We called it a brunch party, but it started at 9am and went to about 12:30 or so. It was perfect timing- the kids were in a great mood and got along well. Let's see, there was Claire, Luke, Grace, Georgia, Maisie, Parker, Ruby and Isaac, so with Ronnie, there were NINE kids running around playing! We were sorry that Lucas wasn't there, but he got a bit of a cold and couldn't come. Thank GOD it was a nice day outside.

I made him his elmo cake, which was a big hit. I used life savers for the eyes and found a design that worked for the size cake I made, so it was pretty easy.

All the kids liked helping to open the presents. OMG! Look at my big baby belly!!!!!!

Rob took Ronnie to our friend's alpaca farm the other day. www.springtoofarm.com He had a great time looking at the animals- they have goats, alpacas and chickens. Michael makes the most amazing goat cheese that we sell at the shop and they've become great purveyors of eggs and cheese for us.

Ronnie is beocming more and more silly. He put this orange in his mouth and thought it was the funniest thing ever!

I'm feeling pretty good. Mondays are nice because i have this extra three hours for myself. I think i'll go to a local pool today and try and get in some exercise. I gotta get in bikini shape for Boca this year! Just kidding...i'll be wearing a full body parka on the beach!
